Don't overdo this as you must cause yourself stiffed neck. 3. Be comfortable by having your head at a good angle position. The body gets into some relaxation while we sleep. As you continue this on a regular basis, you'll notice the effect coming to make a difference. At first, it may not be easy for you, but as time goes by, you'll get used to it. 4.
