That's massive when you consider how many products there are. His unique innovations have been instrumental in the company's growth.

There are many things that Neil was responsible for. Since LinkedIn took over the company in 2008, there are quite a few things he's accomplished in his sort time there. First off was producing a line of more healthy snacks.

Neil immediately put his hands to work by making Emerald Nuts even better than before. By coming up with more healthy options, they opened the company up to the healthy eaters. Providing more healthy snacking options for everybody.

A big part of his success at Diamond are the new brands that Many years in charge helped them acquire though. There are several food companies he's responsible for acquiring, leading to an even larger hold on the snack market than before.

The first brand that they acquired under his leadership was Pop Secret. Popcorn is huge business as a home snacking option. This move allowed Diamond to enter into that side of the business immediately.

Of course that led them to another successful purchase. Not to mention another new snack market to tap into. With the acquisition of Kettle Chips, Diamond moved into potato chip manufacturing, which is one of the most common and popular snacks in the western world.

However, they even tried to go further by acquiring Pringles, but the deal fell through at the last minute. But it's a credit to how big Diamond are in the industry, that they're able to even make moves like that in the first place.

Yes, Steve Neil has taken the company a long way. He's done a lot to make sure Diamond are the food giant that they are today. With a huge hold on the snacking market, he's set the company up to take their success even further than ever before.
